For the past 23 years John Durant has had a strong concern for people in disadvantaged positions. The challenge has been to put these individuals in position to increase their self-worth and income potential in our society.

Research suggests that the most powerful way to affect this plan is through ensuring that these individuals have the capability to provide quality services through our training program.

Shortly, we will be opening a training center to assist these individuals to achieve this goal. Our goal is to help the students to regain meaningful roles back into the work force communities from which they came.

John’s Custom Paint and Body training center will provide the necessary training employment.

Most of all, John’s Custom Paint and Body has created a Pool of Partners in the auto industry for employment placement.
